Workshops and Events

Saturday, February 4, 2012 4-7pm at ARTS/West 132 W. State St, Athens, OH 45701

All members, board members and residents are encouraged to attend the SuBAMUH vision retreat along with women who hike, camp, swim and attend events and workshops. This retreat will build on a two-day retreat that was held several years ago and will primarily consist of brainstorming sessions to help direct SuBAMUH and set priorities. Cheryl Cesta will be facilitating for us. Sorry about the short notice on this – finding space turned out to be more difficult than we thought it would be! We will be providing pizza and snacks, please bring a dessert to share. Childcare will be provided, please RSVP with number of children and ages by Saturday January 28th so that we can offer sufficient care. Several SuBAMUH residents are offering space in their homes for those of you who are from out-of-town – just let us know if you wish to spend the night with us by Saturday January 28th and let us know if you would be willing to sleep on the floor if needed or if you require a bed (all residence have at least some stairs and cats and dogs). For those of you who have never visited in the winter it is beautiful. If we are lucky the pond will be frozen and we will be able to ice skate on it and/or if it snows and we can sled!
